Our Providers

Lucia Kilday, PMHNP, Practice Owner

Hello and welcome. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master’s from The George Washington University. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). My background spans emergency medicine, sexual assault care (SANE), substance use, and eating disorder treatment—experiences that have shaped my deep respect for each person’s story.

I specialize in supporting parents, parents-to-be, and their partners through the ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and family life. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, postpartum rage, birth trauma, loss, or the big identity shifts that come with parenthood, you deserve care that meets you where you are. My practice is inclusive and affirming for neurodivergent folks and all genders, and I embrace a Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy.

In sessions, you’ll find a collaborative, supportive space where your autonomy is honored. I’m solution-focused and passionate about helping you build new coping skills for lasting change. We’ll work together to find the minimal effective dose for medication. I believe in de-prescribing whenever it’s safe and appropriate. Humor and time for honest expression are central to my work. I have additional training in Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP) for OCD, but I am not currently offering individual EXRP sessions.

I take a holistic view of mental health, blending evidence-based psychiatric care with lifestyle support—nutrition, joyful movement, sleep, mindfulness, lab work, and supplements, all tailored to your needs.

Outside of work, I’m a mom who finds joy in painting, thrifting, weightlifting, and gardening. I know how complex and transformative the journey into parenthood can be, and I’d be honored to support you through it.

Sarah Quewakum, PMHNP

Hi, I'm Sarah. I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner because I know how much it matters to find someone you actually feel safe with — and that's the kind of care I'm committed to providing.

I offer medication management and psychotherapy for anxiety, OCD, PTSD, mood spectrum disorders, and eating disorders. I take a collaborative, whole-person approach — one that honors your body, your story, and your goals — and we'll work together to find what actually helps you feel better.

Being a queer provider shapes everything about how I show up for my clients. Affirming, gender-inclusive care is just how I practice — and if you've ever felt like you had to edit yourself in a clinical setting, I want you to know that's not the case here. I also specialize in working with neurodiverse individuals, veterans, and first responders, and bring 11 years of experience — including work in detoxification and withdrawal management — to every person I see.

Outside of work, I love the outdoors, traveling to experience new cultures and food, and taking in live performances — Broadway and Cirque du Soleil especially. And Disney parks will always have my heart.

I work with individuals across Oregon and would be honored to support you.
